We can work within set allowances for fittings, and we order our supplies well in advance, taking consideration of all potential hold-ups, ensuring you get the service you need on time, every time.

Keep Your Home Fire Safe

Since January 1, 2017, all new dwellings and existing dwellings receiving substantial renovations must have fire alarms equipped that meet the following requirements:

• Photoelectric
• Less than 10 years old (From Jan 1, 2027)
• Be inter-connected to all other alarms
• Hardwired to mains with a secondary source (e.g. battery)
• Installed in each bedroom, hall and storey

It is imperative that if you’re renovating your existing home, that you have an electrician install fire alarms that meet these specifications. Installing new alarms is a quick procedure and is a small price to pay for the safety of you and your loved ones.
